  3. Move to the Internet Explorer and then go to the tools >options>programs.
  4. Set the Outlook express as your default email.
6) Re-registering the DLL Library files of the Outlook express.
 
  1. Go to the Start menu and type “run” or press Windows + R key.
  2. Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll in the run prompt box and then tap on the OK button.
    Here you have to repeat the registration process to run:
 
  1. regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
  2. regsvr32 browseui.dll
